Refund Policy 1. No Refunds for Services • Astrology consultations necessitate extensive, individualized research, analysis, and preparation before, during, and sometimes after each session. Due to the significant time and effort invested in creating customized reports, conducting in-depth birth chart analyses, and performing follow-up research, all fees paid for astrology consultations are non-refundable. 2. Advanced Preparation • Our astrologers begin working on your chart immediately upon booking confirmation. Considerable time is dedicated to studying and analyzing multiple data points prior to the session. As this preparation involves specialized expertise and personalized evaluation, no refunds are granted once the booking is confirmed. 3. No Rescheduling or Refunds for Incorrect Birth Details • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate birth details (time, date, and place of birth). • If inaccuracies are discovered during or after the session, no refund or rescheduling will be offered. • You may update us with corrected birth information at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session to ensure our analysis remains accurate.
